All Saints Parish and Mayernik Center Wedding

Congratulations to Kristen and Matt! They were married two Saturdays ago at All Saints Parish in Etna with a reception at the Mayernik Center in Avonworth. The weather was gorgeous and it was a very well-planned day. Add a fun couple in the mix and it doesn’t get any better than that! I started at Kristen’s family home to capture the ladies getting ready. Kristen was so sweet and calm amidst a flurry of activity.

Pamela Sodini joined me for this wedding and met up with Matt and the guys at the church.

This image, also by Pamela, is a favorite. Most people don’t get a chance to see what’s happening at the front of the church during the processional. I love the combination of bridesmaid’s posture and the architecture.

The sanctuary is just beautiful. I love the bright mural.

The priest used Joy dish soap as an illustration during his sermon. He mentioned that he likes to give each bride and groom a bottle of Joy as a gift, so if you’ve been to a wedding at All Saints before, this should be a familiar scene.

Kristen and Matt exited the church with their friends and family fastidiously blowing bubbles. I love how wedding guests get into that.

Here’s another shot by Pamela. I love how they actually tied tin cans to the car.

Kristen is a natural in front of the camera. Isn’t she sweet?

Matt was fun to work with, but you had to get him laughing for a genuine smile.

The Mayernik Center is a great venue for a fall wedding. I think the log cabin lodge really lends itself well to their fall decor. This is the moment right after they were announced.

And finally, here’s their first dance.

Kristen and Matt, I had a blast working with you. Many blessings to you and your marriage!
