This family waited to capture their baby at 8-months old with a sitter session in and around their home. The first year of a baby’s life has so many wonderful milestones, rolling, sitting, crawling, eating, talking, and walking. Sometimes some of these things happen after the first year. It’s not so much about when it happens, but celebrating the growth when it does happen! And this baby girl was just beginning to sit up independently for a few seconds. Her parent were so thrilled to see her figuring out this new and exciting thing! Just look at that face—so proud!
Pajama Photoshoot Spreads Some Holiday Cheer!

Add in a pillow fight and a flurry of feathers and it just keeps getting better! This month, we raised funds for Toys for Pittsburgh Tykes with our pajama-themed photoshoot and I’ve gotta say, the kids were having a blast with it!

It was a bit cold for this little sweetie, so after about 30 minutes, we headed to the studio and most of my favorites from this session took place there! Pittsburgh Newborn Photographer: Studio Session
/by kmillerStaying at home for your newborn session is nice, but going to a natural light studio that is outfitted with all of the comforts of home might be better. This Pittsburgh mom and dad thought so and as a photographer I whole-heartedly agree. They even brought their dog to be included in some of the photos!
