Authentic Expression

Your headshot should be uniquely yours.  We want to learn about what you do and the message you want to convey.  And we will work with you to create headshots that reflect your character and confidence.  We offer natural light as well as studio lighting and have a variety of backdrops you can choose from.  Bring a second outfit for a different look.  We have a dressing room stocked with hair spray, bobby pins, combs, fashion tape and a lint roller.

Painless Experience

We also make the process easy and painless.  Our professionalism and comfortable studio setting make for a surprisingly pleasant experience!  You can see your images throughout the session as we photograph tethered to a laptop.  This can be helpful in making sure you’re getting the results you want.

Our Process

In six simple steps

1: Call/Email/Text

2: Book Your Session

When you decide you’re ready to get started, please choose a date and complete the online booking.

3: Photoshoot Day

Plan to arrive to the studio or the designated location 10 minutes prior to your session.

We’ll work together to create something beautiful.

4: Proofing Gallery

You’ll receive your proofing gallery the next day so you can choose the images to be retouched.

7: Retouched Files Delivered

Retouched selections are emailed in a downloadable gallery within two days of making your selections. If you have a pressing deadline, please let us know!

8: Feel Confident About Your Headshot

You did it! And now everyone’s noticing. Way to make a great first impression!

Mini Headshot Session

$175

  • 15 minute session at our Cranberry Photo Studio
  • Proofing gallery of 15 images
  • Includes your choice of 1 high-resolution, retouched digital file

Individual Headshot Session

$300

  • 30 minute session at our Cranberry Photo Studio
  • Proofing gallery of 30 images
  • Includes your choice of 3 high-resolution, retouched digital files

Branding Session

$500

  • 2-hour session at our Cranberry Photo Studio or on-location
  • Proofing gallery of 60 images
  • Includes your choice of 10 high-resolution, retouched digital files
  • Travel fee applicable for sessions beyond 30-minute radius of Captivating Imagery’s office in Cranberry, PA

Meet the Photographer

Kate Miller has been photographing headshots in Pittsburgh for 17 years and has had her own studio in Cranberry for three years.  During her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes, walking her Sheepadoodle, and going on adventures with her family.
