Santa is Coming to Cranberry on November 28!
It’s official, Santa is coming to Cranberry Township on November 28th! And we just opened general booking for this wonderful experience. There are only 13 spots available as of October 1st. If you’ve opted to just visit Santa at the mall in the past, this is a completely different experience. It’s a calm 5-minute session including milk and cookies with a kind and caring Santa with a real beard! No long waits in lines, or pushy elves rushing you through—or even worse, a Santa that does’t quite look real! This is the real deal, a wonderful experience for kids and grownups alike. Santa is sensitive to your child’s comfort level and we have a plan in case your child does not warm up to Santa. If that happens, we bring your child to the other side of the studio where they can sit by the fireplace on a rocking horse or sled and see Santa from a far. What they don’t know is that we’ll Photoshop Santa peeking through the door behind them so you’ll have at least one photo with your child and Santa.
This event is one day only, November 28, at our Cranberry Photo Studio. We previously had a Christmas in July Sale and only 13 sessions remain as of October 1st. Included with the 5-minute session is a fine art 5×7 print, matted as an 8×10 and mailed to your home. We also offer a digital bundle to add-on 5 retouched digital files for just $150. Our retouched files are normally $55 each!
There are no refunds for Santa Sessions. However, if your child/children or Santa are sick on November 28, we off a 15-minute holiday mini session (without Santa) scheduled at your convenience.
Last year, several families brought along a grandparent to witness the experience. And it was just as much a treat for grandparents to see their grandchildren meeting Santa. Seeing a grandmothers glee is a gift. The whole experience is a gift, for your kids, for you, and if you bring along a grandparent, chances are, they’ll treasure the experience too! It’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving when families are gathered for the holiday, so it makes for a wonderful tradition for the whole family.
What to Wear When Meeting Santa
Some parents ask how they should dress their kids to meet Santa and there are two ways to go with this. About 50 percent of kids show up in Christmas pajamas and the other 50 percent show up in their Christmas best, sweaters and dresses. We recommend avoiding bright red so that your kiddos don’t blend in with Santa. Some families have favored neutral clothes and it happens to look wonderful next to Santa’s red velvet suit in the neutral setting. We want you to be able to pull these photos out each Christmas, so going with a classic look is best!
Lot’s of kids like to do Cheers with Santa. We got to hear the word “cheers” in many languages last year! The glasses of milk are actually props to avoid spills, but the sugar cookies are real! We also send kids home with an extra sugar cookie and real milk!
And here’s what the other side of our set looks like. This little girl wasn’t comfortable sitting with Santa, and this is how we handle it when kids get upset.
So we’ve thought of everything to make this a magical experience and hope you get a chance to reserve a spot for your family! Don’t hesitate, these sessions sold out last year! Please click the button below to reserve your session now!
