I recently hit 99 5-Star Google reviews. That’s not something I usually talk about out loud, but it’s been on my mind a lot lately. These 99 reviews mean so much to me. I only have 99 reviews and all of them are 5 stars, so I’m thrilled to soon cross over to triple digits!
Every time a new review comes in, I’m blown away. Not by the star rating itself, but by the fact that someone took the time to sit down and write it. That person didn’t have to do that. They had a hundred other things they could have been doing instead, and they chose to spend a few minutes telling other families about their experience with me. That’s a kind of care for my business that I never take for granted.
One that stuck with me recently came from Ryan, after his family’s portrait session:
“We really enjoyed working with Kate. She was wonderful. She was thoughtful in planning our session and was professional in her presentation of our photos. I really appreciated how much care and attention to detail she puts into her work. I highly recommend her!”
Reading something like that does more for me than I can really put into words. Getting reviews like these rewards my hard work and strengthens my commitment to continue delivering excellent experiences for my clients.
