During this recent session, we wanted to create soft, natural light headshots in the studio .  I love the natural look and the neutral tones which make these images perfect for marketing as my client just transitioned to a new real estate team.  Most of the time I’m using studio lighting for headshots, but with my new studio, I am so pleased to offer this natural light look.

I know it can be overwhelming to have your headshot photographed, but I promise, my approach can even make getting your headshots fun!  It may be a while since you’ve been photographed, or maybe this is the first time you’ve been photographed as a professional?  My studio is quiet and welcoming with soft music playing low and the scent of lavender in the air.  Before your session, we talk about what to wear and I encourage my clients to bring multiple looks so they have plenty of options.  I have a dressing room with a steamer, full-length mirror and a vanity stocked with lint rollers, sanitized combs, safety pins, and lip balm!

In addition to the natural setting of my studio, I have seamless paper backdrops in many shades and a grey canvas-look backdrop available.

Updating your headshots is a great way to convey your professionalism and personality and you’ll be so glad you did, I promise!  So take the first step and get in touch, and I’ll help you with the rest!
