Pittsburgh Engagement Photographers at Mellon Park

Cathy and Travis are getting married in Erie, Pa., this summer and they contacted me to schedule an engagement session this spring. We headed to Mellon Park on a Saturday morning and had a blast.

This park is a favorite of mine and it’s becoming a popular destination for sessions among couples. And it’s easy to see why…

I like to talk with couples as we walk around the park and I really enjoy this part of my work. After spending two hours together, we walk away feeling more like friends than photographer and subject.

An engagement session can often catch couples off guard as it can involve a good bit of PDA. People are walking by and you’re standing there looking into each other’s eyes or holding an extra long kiss.

Cathy really shines in this one. She’s got a beautiful smile.

These two are so sweet with one another. I love seeing young couples in love.
